You can delete your AuraMe account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open AuraMe and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
Option 2 — By email
If you can’t access the app, email hello@arcanumapps.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify it’s you and complete the deletion.
Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone. Any active subscription is separate — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings so you aren’t billed again.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login details.
- Your profile data (date of birth, birth time, life phase, and derived astrological values).
- Your reading history and Cosmic Journal entries.
What we may keep
We may retain limited records where the law requires it (for example, transaction records for tax or fraud-prevention), and anonymised data that no longer identifies you. Anything we keep and why is described in our Privacy Policy.
How long it takes
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within [e.g. 30] days, and usually much sooner. We’ll confirm once it’s done.
