What is AuraMe?

AuraMe is a personalised astrology app. It uses your birth details, live astronomical data, your mood, and the question you ask to generate a reading written just for you — no two people get the same words.

Is it free?

There’s a free tier (Seeker) with one reading a day and ads. Paid tiers (Sage, Mystic, Oracle) remove ads, add more daily questions, and use a more capable AI model. You can subscribe monthly or yearly.

Are the readings real advice?

No. AuraMe is for entertainment, guidance and self-reflection only. It is never a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal or mental-health advice. If something in your life needs a professional, please see one.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel them in your device’s store settings — App Store → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the current period ends.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account, or follow the steps on our Delete your data page. If you’d rather we do it for you, email hello@arcanumapps.com.

The app isn’t working — what should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app, and make sure you’re on the latest version. If it still won’t behave, email hello@arcanumapps.com with your device model, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened — that helps us fix it faster.
